Wiley Lash House Restoration Progress

Our Lovely Home.

Ready to move in? Well not yet, but we all know it has to get worse, before it gets better. The pictures below are from during the restoration while the plumbing, electrical, cable, hvac were being installed...oh and did I forget to mention the central vacuum cleaner?

We had to stabilize the porch floor in the above picture, in case you are wondering.

This is a new addition to the kitchen and used to be the back porch. We provided a foundation, added some flooring and put in some windows. This will be a little bar/breakfast area. You will also now have access into the bathroom straight from the kitchen.

The kitchen.

We have moved some windows (the one to your left was moved over even more to the left in order to fit above a new sink) and we added three new windows (the ones on the right). This will help to add more light into the room giving the perception of a larger kitchen.

We hope anyway.

Master Bath being put in.

The box to right is the shower room which will be completely tiled and will hold a clawfoot tub, a tiled bench, shower spa system and a steamer.
