Let's Go Wound Care Cruisin'!

Jack and I went on board a ship for wound care conference held by some of the hospitals I work with. It was both of our first times on a cruise and we had some great company from the Dr's, RN's, PT's and of course us vendors! Leaving the Port of Jacksonville,FL
A few of us vendors from the conference and spouses.
Enjoying the sun in Freeport, Bahamas

Aren't we a cute couple?
'Mr Frog sportin the Ray Ban's!
One of the signs to sell food. Too funny!
The Queens staircase (above).
A local boy hanging out while his mama was selling goods...and no not her goods, but boy, did those bahama women have a swing and strut with their walk. You saw them coming with their hips! It was awesome!
The Port at Nassua, Bahamas.

The local beer...you know we like to eat and drink with the locals!

Where the locals eat! We took a taxi ride and got on the city bus to go around Nassau and our taxi driver recommended eating at the local fish fry! I tried fried conch, the local favourite with a local brewed beer. It was yummy!

Jack being silly at the port shops!
Our Waitress, Christina!
The day at sea...after sunset (and a few drinks by the pool)!
another 'towel animal'
Our man who took care of us and our room was so creative!

It was a great medical conference and cruise. We had some interesting talks...(jack loved the ones about maggot and rat debridement best), some great food, met some great friends (who live just up the road from us), had some great rapport going on with some of my customers and the best of all was the cruise gossip!
We had a little medical emergency due to the patch and even had police board to arrest a suspect for murder who was trying to get into international waters!
Nothing like a fun ship!
Hope you enjoyed the pics!
